General Policies
• Any person who has attained 18 years may reserve aservice apartment in his name.
• At the time of check-in a valid photo identification must be providedto comply with Government regulations. Following identificationdocuments in original form are only accepted-
- 1) Aadhar card
- 2) Driving License
- 3) Voters Id card
- 4) Valid Passport
• Pan card is not accepted as a valid identification.
• Guest can opt either twin occupation or 4 person occupation. In caseof 4 persons, the sofa/cum bed in the drawing room will be converted toa bed with the Linens provided.
1 child below 5 years will be accommodated free of cost.
• Extra mattresses will be providedwith an additional cost of Rs. 1000/-
• Pets are not allowed
• SwadesMyhome reserves right to take action for any inappropriate action or behavior on the part of the guest,
• Consumption of Alcohol in public place is not allowed atSwadesMyhome.
• Guest would be liable to charges for any damage caused to fixed and movable furniture and any other hotel items provided for customer service.
• Guest are expected to keep apartment in good condition maintaining hygiene and cleanliness.
• Apartments are equipped with a pantry for those who intend to do self-cooking, utensil and induction cooker will be provided for anextra cost
